Thank you for expressing interest in our project! ABTaiwan is a youth-led initiative centered around promoting national identity and pride among the overseas generations of Taiwanese descendants. We hope to give Taiwanese youth a voice and a platform to raise awareness of national events through unbiased reporting, as well as to increase awareness about our culture.
Writer Application
Responsibilities:
Research and write articles covering various topics of your choice.
Leadership (order goes: writer, senior writer, lead writer, head of publication):
To be promoted to a senior writer, you must have published at least five articles.
To be promoted to a lead writer, you must have published at least ten articles.
The Head of Publication will have written the most articles, with a minimum of fifteen.

Email title should follow the format: [Submission] Article Name, Your Name. ABTaiwan will update with an acceptance notice within a week’s notice.
State Lead
Responsibilities:
Recruit local members, interview local Taiwanese-Americans, manage your own team, reach out to local businesses, and partner and collaborate with local Taiwanese organizations. Detailed description once you get the role!
Application Requirements: Must be a sophomore (or international equivalent), must have strong communication skills, must be a good leader.
